This amendment extends the original due date of technical and business management and cost/price proposals to 12:00 (noon) EST on Monday, October 17, 2011, and also alters the contracting Base Period.

MACPAC IDIQ Master Contract Solicitation: MACPAC-11-0020

MACPAC is seeking contractors capable of undertaking short and long term studies and analyses on a wide range of topics relating to Medicaid and CHIP including payment, access, quality, managed care, program integrity, spending, etc. Tasks include: conducting literature reviews and preparing research papers; undertaking policy analyses; conducting data analyses; assisting with data development and management; convening panels of experts; conducting structured interviews; administering small scale surveys; organizing and conducting site visits; providing actuarial analyses; analyzing state budget and operational impacts; assisting with report preparation; and conducting additional services as requested.


Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. Questions regarding the request for proposal must be submitted via email no later than Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to contracts@macpac.gov. The solicitation due date is Thursday, September 29 at 12:00 Noon EST. All proposals shall be mailed or hand-carried to arrive at the designated office by the due date and time.


Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR, www.ccr.gov) database prior to award of a contract or agreement.
