Every time I see these robotic walkers, I want to make a video of me walking, only moving my legs like Im sprinting , slamming my feet on the ground each step, and moving really slowly. If my back wasnt so messed up I would totally make a spoof video. 
But seriously, so much energy is wasted pounding the ground , it cant be good for the mechanics of the thing, and it looks stupid. Make the gate normal at slow speeds. 
Aside from that nice work.

Awesome. Foldit and EteRna are very interesting experiments. I am actually working with a group of people on something similar for synthetic biology. #synbrick  SynBrick uses gamification to engage a web crowd to provide best solutions to difficult and complex synthetic biology problems.
