WBUG Partners Meeting

The Woody Biomass Utilization Group cordially invites its partners to a one-day workshop on October 16, 2012, at Department of Energy headquarters in Washington, DC. At the meeting, hear an update about WBUG and the activities from the various agencies. In addition, you are welcome to provide a short update about your organization.

National Conference on the Science for Biomass Feedstock Production and Utilization

The National Conference on the Science for Biomass Feedstock Production and Utilization will be held October 2-5, 2012, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Sun Grant Initiative Conference will focus on the scientific progress in the field of biomass production, harvest, logistics and processing, conversion, and renewable energy, and will promote collaboration between academic, industry, non-profit and government partners. The Conference will also highlight recent advances in the science and technology contributing to the deployment of advanced biofuels from agricultural and forest systems.
