- Jesus Cuevas-Ramirez, a native and citizen of Mexico, is an ICE fugitive who was ordered deported to Mexico by an immigration judge in 1988. �Cuevas was sentenced to 14 years in Arizona state prison on April 11, 1985, for armed robbery, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, theft of property worth more than $1,000 and burglary. �He escaped from prison on July 25, 1989.
