The AmeriCorps FY2011 Notice of Federal Opportunity and the Application Instructions refer to Program Design as Selection Criteria category, which aligns with the AmeriCorps regulations.  You may notice that in eGrants, there is no input field labeled Program Design. Please enter your Program Design Narrative in the field labeled “Rationale and Approach.”

In addition, please keep in mind that, as indicated in the Notice: "You may not exceed 50,000 characters, or about 25 double spaced pages in the Narrative, excluding the Executive Summary.  The character count includes spaces and punctuation. Reviewers will not consider material submitted over the character limits."
