Cancellation and Refund Policy
A refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations for training sessions received no later than 15 days before the first day of class. No training refunds or cancellations will be accepted after this date. Training fees may be applied towards a future course, otherwise NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE LESS THAN 15 DAYS BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS. If you need to cancel a training registration, contact Diana Wilkinson 520-901-8578 wilkinson@ecr.gov.

The U.S. Institute reserves the right to cancel sessions due to low enrollment.
