The ERRP Center will respond to an email with an email reply or a phone call depending on the nature of the inquiry. If the inquiry is about a specific ERRP Application, please include the following information in an email:

• Your Name

• Your Email Address

• Your Phone Number

• Organization Name

• Application ID (if applicable)

Do not include any Protected Health Information (PHI), as defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), in the email.

How We Will Communicate With Plan Sponsors

The ERRP Center's official means of communication to the Plan Sponsor is through email.

It is important that all Early Retiree Reinsurance Program participants take the necessary steps to ensure that all emails are received and not marked as "spam" or automatically deleted for any other reason.

Make the necessary adjustments to your email account or contact your network administrator to ensure that emails sent from the following email addresses are not blocked by any spam filters or Blocked Senders Lists:
