Current OMH Grantees
The Office of Minority Health (OMH) administers grant programs in an effort to identify evidence-based strategies, practices, and interventions that work to improve health outcomes for racial and ethnic minorities and eliminate racial and ethnic health disparities. OMH grantees are strongly encouraged to produce documented results that demonstrate whether and how efforts conducted as part of their funded projects make a difference. OMH's Evaluation Planning Guidelines for OMH Grant Applicants (Evaluation Guidelines) [PDF | 3.7MB] and Evaluation Protocol for Systematically Evaluating Efforts to Improve Racial and Ethnic Minority Health, Reduce Health Disparities, and Effect Systems Approaches (Evaluation Protocol) [PDF | 4.5MB] are available to provide guidance to OMH grantees and other stakeholders on developing and implementing evaluation plans for this purpose.
