In collaboration with the U.S. interagency community, the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations provides a robust training, education, and exercise program to improve and maintain the operational readiness of the Civilian Response Corps and other personnel who are involved in implementing conflict prevention and stabilization operations.

Who may take our courses?

Training is designed for the Civilian Response Corps as well as U.S. military and civilian personnel involved in planning or implementing U.S. Government conflict prevention and stabilization operations.

We also encourage international and non-governmental partners to enroll in key courses. Please contact SCRSTraining@state.gov to determine if you are eligible to attend a specific course.
