View a detailed area map of the project location.The Central Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), in cooperation with the United States Forest Service and Plumas County, is proposing to replace a bridge (High Bridge) on Forest Highway 169, Old Red Bluff Road, also known as the Chester-Warner Valley Road and County Road 312. The project consists of replacing the one-lane bridge at Warner Creek (located 4.7 miles northwest of Chester, CA) and reconstructing about 1/3 mile of road at each approach.
