Newell of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF); and Public Safety Manager Jack Harris of the Phoenix Police Department, announced today the preliminary results of a unique undercover initiative designed to pro-actively and aggressively address violent crime.
