Taxes
There is absolutely no question that the United States income tax needs to be reformed. The burdensome tax regulations imposed by the United States Tax Code are too complicated for most Americans. Many Americans have to hire someone else to prepare their taxes, and the President continues to hire more IRS agents to collect them. This indicates a broken system.
I have stated publicly that I am open to consideration of any program or idea that simplifies the tax code and reduces the burden for all citizens. It is time to ease the burden on taxpayers and develop a system that makes sense.
