As you’ve probably noticed, gas prices have shot back up again. Today in the Quad Cities, regular gas is going for between $3.75 a gallon and $4.09 a gallon. Check it out for yourself at the link below. The House has taken bipartisan steps to keep taxes low for all Americans, keeping Illinois from losing 30,700 jobs at a time when our state’s unemployment rate is at 8.7 percent.
