WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced that federal aid has been made available to the state of Nebraska to supplement state and local response efforts in the area struck by flooding beginning on June 17, 2011, and continuing.
