Be a GLOBE Scientist

Being a part of the GLOBE International Scientist Network (GISN) means you will connect with an international network of scientists who work with GLOBE students around the world conducting science. The purpose of the network is to connect students, teachers and scientists and promote collaborations that are focused on understanding the Earth as a system.

In order to be a member of the GISN, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Hold a Master's or Ph.D. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related field
  • Working toward a Ph.D. in a STEM or related field
  • Hold a B.S. in a STEM field plus at least ten years experience working in a STEM or related field

If you meet these criteria and you want to be involved, email us at science@globe.gov to request information on the next steps to being a part of this international network.
