RCFL Webinar FAQ's (2009)

Q: What is a Webinar?

A: A Webinar is a live seminar that takes place in real-time on the World Wide Web. Just like a seminar, participants can hear the speakers, and in some instances, see them as well. Participants in the RCFL Program's Webinar on October 14, 2009 were able to see and hear the instructors while simultaneously viewing their presentation on-line. If you missed the live event, you may register to watch the recorded event here.

Q: Who may participate in the Webinar?

A: Because of the sensitive nature of the material being covered, the Webinar is available to law enforcement and government personnel only.

Q: How much does it cost to register? Aren't there usually fees for Webinars?

Q: What if I couldn't attend the live Webinar?

A: For those individuals that couldn't attend the live event, the RCFL National Program Office made arrangements for them to either download the Webinar as a "Webcast" (a recorded version of the live event) or they can request an event DVD which will be mailed to them. In either case, registration is still required. Click here to register for the archived version.
