Sending ballot requests and voted ballots last-minute via express courier service -- could be pricey. Don't wait to send.

Some embassies and consulates will let you mail ballot to them via local mail for onward U.S. delivery. You MUST call first.

Drop off completed ballot in a postage-paid envelop at your local U.S. embassy or consulate. Call ahead for hours.
