Jennifer H. Svan
Jennifer Svan joined Stars and Stripes in 2001 and is based in Kaiserslautern, Germany. She is a 1993 graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va. Before joining the European staff, she previously worked for Stars and Stripes in Japan, at Yokota Air Base for two years, and at Misawa Air Base, from 2003 to 2008. Prior to joining Stars and Stripes, she worked for daily newspapers in Salida, Colo., and in Riverton, Wyo.
