Assistant Secretary Dr. David Michaels (left) joined Labor Secretary Hilda Solis (right) in signing a partnership agreement June 11, 2012, in Washington, D.C., with Ambassador Harold W. Forsyth of Peru to protect the labor rights of migrant workers from his country who are employed in the United States. Agreements were also signed with ambassadors of Ecuador, Honduras and the Philippines.
