Congressional Affairs
EAC has two congressional oversight committees: (1) Committee on House Administration, and (2) the Senate Rules and Administration Committee. The committees hold hearings to gather information about EAC activities and ways to improve the election process. Below is a list of EAC's congressional testimony at past hearings.
