Thaddeus Kilo Print E-mail

altThaddeus Kilo is the Visual Communications and Web Developer for the USGCRP National Coordination Office and has nearly 10 years of professional experience in visual communications, including web development and graphic design. In this role, Thaddeus serves as the USGCRP NCO lead for developing and managing content and design for the program's website, www.globalchange.gov. He advises the IT officer and the chief of operations on any necessary improvements to the current web architecture, services, software and other applications that would improve web-based communications, education and engagement activities. 

Thaddeus promotes and disseminates the results of USGCRP activities and makes USGCRP science findings and products easily accessible to a diverse set of audiences. He also works with other NCO staff and Agency personnel to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of web-based and printed outreach materials and tools that cut across programmatic activities and functions. 

Prior to the USGCRP, Thaddeus attained his AAS in Visual Communications with a focus in Multimedia and Web Design from the International Academy of Design & Technology in Chicago, and is Adobe certified. Following graduation he worked as the lead web and graphic designer for numerous organizations including facets of the Chicago Department of Public Health and Operation Rainbow PUSH (PUSH/EXCEL). Currently Thaddeus runs his own design business at www.webmastertroi.com.
