NETC can support CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, universal serial bus (USB) devices, and 3-1/2" floppy disk storage. All media devices will be scanned before any data is transferred to Government equipment. No one may connect personally owned media devices, such as laptops, thumb-drives and USB peripherals, to a Government computer on the FEMA network at any time. Students and instrutors must contact the NFA Training Specialist and the classroom IT Technician for guidance and assistance with these issues.
