GLOBE is an interagency program with a management infrastructure funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and supported by the U.S. Department of State. Governments around the world fund GLOBE implementation in their own countries.
