U.S. Marshals Apprehend Man Wanted for Kentucky Homicide
Phoenix, AZ – Yesterday afternoon, Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers assigned to the Arizona WANTED Violent Offender Task Force arrested Terrence Cram, 47, at a residence in the area of Yuma Rd and Sarival Ave in Goodyear. Cram was wanted by the Kentucky State Police for Murder.

It is alleged that in January 2011 Cram used a blunt object, striking the 49 year old female victim in the head, which resulted in her death. Shortly after the incident, Cram fled the area and was subsequently indicted by a Kentucky Grand Jury.

Recently, Kentucky State Police, in conjunction with the U.S. Marshals-led Eastern Kentucky Fugitive Task Force, developed information that Cram was residing in Goodyear, Arizona. This information led to Cram’s arrest yesterday afternoon.

Marshal David Gonzales praised the work of everyone involved and stated, “Fugitives that think they can find safe haven in Arizona should view this arrest as an example that the United States Marshals Service will use every available resource to locate and arrest them. Our partnerships with state and local authorities across the country are second to none.”

The United States Marshals Service is the nation’s oldest federal law enforcement agency. Annually, U.S.
Marshals arrest more than 50 percent of all federal fugitives and serve more federal warrants than all other
federal agencies combined.
