What is Youth Engaged for Change?

Youth Engaged for Change (YE4C) was created by the Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs (IWGYP), which is composed of representatives from 17 Federal agencies that support programs and services for youth. YE4C is designed to promote youth and young adult engagement and facilitate access to resources and opportunities for youth and young adults to be engaged in change locally and nationally.
