Grants.gov Contact Center now open 24 hours a day October 14, 2009 Beginning October 19, 2009, the Grants.gov Contact Center will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Contact Center provides customer service to the applicant community. The new extended hours will provide applicants support around the clock, ensuring the best possible customer service is received any time it’s needed.
