Hurricane Prepardeness and Reporting Regulations

BSEE’s regulatory oversight of offshore oil and gas operators and activities include both preparations for hurricanes, tropical storms, and severe weather, and reporting requirements if such weather events move through an area of the Outer Continental Shelf.
