Verisign Root Certificate Expiration

The Verisign root certificate that has been used to sign new secure server certificates since 12/6/2001 is not compatible with Internet Explorer 4, and some early versions of Internet Explorer 5. Since the certificate that is currently in use on archive.aesdirect.gov was issued on May 5, 2002, these browsers may stop you from entering the AESDirect Archive system, or show you a warning message about expiring certificates.
