Statistics show that one-quarter of the U.S. labor force is approaching 55 and older. With aging employees comes a higher possibility of Alzheimer's at the workplace, and some public figures, like Tennessee women's basketball coach Pat Summitt and musician Glen Campbell, are battling the disease while still remaining active in their careers.

How prepared are businesses to deal with Alzheimer's, and what are workers' rights if diagnosed?

On this episode of Inside E Street, Lark McCarthy asks newly appointed Tennessee Lady Vols head coach Holly Warlick about her experiences working with Summitt. Also examining the difficulties of dementia in the workplace are Julie LeBlanc, associate director of clinical services at the human resources firm Harris Rothenberg International, and Dan Marson, director of the Alzheimer's Disease Center at the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
