(CNN) - Both candidates are back on the campaign trail Monday. Mitt Romney heads to Louisiana for a fund-raiser, and President Barack Obama goes back to Ohio for campaign events in Cincinnati. Sen. Rob Portman, speculated to be a potential vice presidential choice for Romney, will counter Obama with his own event in nearby Lebanon.

1:15 p.m. ET: Mitt Romney holds a campaign fund-raiser in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
2:20 p.m. ET: President Obama holds a campaign event in Cincinnati.
He's got to try to keep up with Obama. I've never seen a grown man, let alone a President, whine as much as Obama. Romney is going to have to step it up. "But those big meanie Republicans won't let me play king. They are poo-poo heads. Make them go away. Vote them out 'cuz I don't know how to work with differing opinions."
