This month the Surfrider Foundation launches its new Ocean Armor exhibit; four breathtaking life-size sculptures that highlight the need protect our marine environments. The exhibit, which will be traveling across the United States over the next two years will be debuting at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA.
From upset stomachs, to ear aches, to staph infections, almost every surfer has gotten sick after going in the water at some point. In response Surfrider Foundation has launched a new Ocean Illness reporting site, which uses crowd-sourced information to monitor and track surf or water related illnesses.
