Miami speeding cop won't have criminal record

He may be Miami's most famous speeding cop but he's also a loving father of three and a respected police officer who just made a mistake one morning in October when a state trooper stopped him for going more than 100 mph on Florida's Turnpike, his lawyers said in court Thursday.
