Suggest to add task to secure settings
Step 3 (the settings.php file) of the install guide reminds us twice to "Do not forget to change permissions back after you have run the installation script" for the settings.php file and its default folder.
I recommend adding a task here or at least txt to remind the adminstrator to do so. There is a reminder at the very bottom of the "Step 4" page, but it is easy to miss.
AGREED...and perhaps add permission settings
..and final after install permission settings- i saw many comments & uncertainty on the settings.php page!
settings.php 444 per my HostGator auto install
also my first installation I missed that the manual changes of settings.php mayh not be needed.
on HostGator they are not needed as of 9/7/2011
