Thanks for all the comments :)
+Martin Kaluza That's hilarious!
+Stefanie Loges It was with the Sigma 120-400. It's the lens I use for virtually all my wildlife stuff.

It's #wildlifewednesday (+Mike Spinak & +Morkel Erasmus) :)
Came across this little guy while out on a walk in the meadows. I would guess he only around 1000 pounds - still had lots of growing to do.

Oh good! Just wanted to make sure it arrived Joe! : ) I use mine a lot when shooting knee deep in the ocean - the pockets come in handy!

While shooting in the other direction chasing Terns diving and Herons landing in the morning mist, I hear a splash off in the distance. Just thinking a Pelican landed or birds fighting for territory now that more are arriving at the Marsh, I didn't really bother.
Until.....I heard the low growl.
I turn around and about 20 feet in front of me is this bobcat with a (I think) fresh breakfast of a good sized Green Heron.
The shot suffers from really low light and mist, but with a little Topaz to clean up I am calling it an acceptable picture :)
