They are a waste of time. Most people won't bother to fill them out if they have no issues. Most people are too busy to take the time and they don't see the benefit in it for themselves. Many people who fill them out usually come into the ...retail stores with an attitude and have an axe to grind. They never think about how low paid most of those retail employees are and the demands their employers put upon them. Many times it is the best job some of these employees are qualified forSee More
      • Scott Michael Bosari The companies don't care! They want better scores but will not supply the resources ( mostly payroll). To improve the service - instead just criticize the employees for not achieving the goal. Next time you treat a store employ badly or complain just think, would I feel/ act differently if this worker was my child or parent? They should not have to suffer because things are out of their hands or a customer has a bad day!
  5. Has this happened to you upon return from active duty?
      • Whitney Thomas These companies will discontinue this practice as they lose their law suits one by one. Shame on them! I say their punishment should be a tour down range for a year to a hellish environment--with no job when they return!
      • Courtney McArdle “I think if they had an understanding of the law this wouldn’t have happened" - it's sad that it takes a law for these companies to do the right thing. Beyond that, when you hire a veteran you typically get a very hard working, dedicated individual who makes a valued employee.
