A strong Pacific storm system will impact the region beginning today in the west around Livingston and in the Beartooth/Absaroka and Crazy Mountains. The system will spread precipitation eastward through today and overnight. Precipitation will start as rain today, and switch to snow overnight and tomorrow. Snow is expected to continue across much of the region through Saturday morning. Expect to see much colder temperatures, along with accumulating snow across the region. Snowfall will be heavy over the Beartooth/Absaroka and Crazy Mountains and nearby foothills. Accumulating, wet snow is possible across south central and southeastern Montana�with increasing accumulations from east to west.
