The Human Resource Department oversees the human resources aspect of the City's operation in an effort to maximize both individual needs and organizational objectives.
This goal is accomplished through the implementation and maintenance of fair and equitable employment policies, effective selection procedures, an open-door approach to communication, as well as accurate personnel and payroll record systems.
