Giving to the Libraries

The University of North Texas Libraries welcome cash donations and in-kind gifts of materials to enrich the resources and services provided by the Libraries. Gifts to the UNT Libraries directly benefit students, researchers, and the local community. Gifts of cash may be made outright, by bequest, or by a lifetime-income gift that may be directed to a variety of uses, including purchase of library materials or support of programs. Friends of the UNT Libraries
Friends of the UNT Libraries support the purchase of books, manuscripts, maps, and other materials that the University Libraries could not otherwise afford. These purchases enrich the development of the Rare Book and Texana Collections.

Libraries' Fund
Donations to the UNT Libraries' Fund directly support the Libraries' goals for improving services, facilities, activities, and collections for the UNT community.

Book Memorials
Commemorate the memory or a special event in the life of a friend, relative, student, faculty, or co-worker by contributing to the UNT Libraries.

Donation of books and other materials
Donations of books and other materials may be made to the Libraries, and may include books, collections, journals, artwork, software, DVDs, manuscripts, and historical documents.
