Hine's Emerald Dragonfly Critical Habitat:

Critical habitat for the Hine's emerald dragonfly was proposed on July 26, 2006. A draft Economic Analysis of the proposed designation became available March 2007 with a subsequent re-opening of the comment period on May 18, 2007. A Final Rule that designated critical habitat was then published in the Federal Register on September 5, 2007.

A proposal to revise the critical habitat designation was published in the Federal Register on May 22, 2009 which opened a public comment period. A Final Rule on that revised the critical habitat designation was published in the Federal Register on April 23, 2010.
