St. Augustine Beach has a different look these days, and Mayor Gary Snodgrass says it's just what the area needed.
"We're delighted that the beach renourishment is completed," Snodgrass said this week.
A tentative deal between Jacksonville and an association representing city supervisors will hold the line on their wages at least two years, saving the city about $513,000 annually, the mayor’s office announced Thursday.
