Perhaps this page should be titled "Creating PO Files"? Or it needs a description of POT vs. PO files and any steps necessary to make the PO file into a POT. (I really don't know, personally. Just add a 't' to the file extension and make sure there are good comments?)

Also, I would like to suggest adding these to the steps: 

# If you used <code>_x</code> for contextual disambiguation:
## Click the <code>New Item</code> icon
## Enter <code>_x</code> (that's underscore x), press enter
## Click the <code>New Item</code> icon
## Enter <code>_ex</code> (that's underscore e x), press enter

And perhaps a note about an interface quirk in Poedit (at least on the Mac version): 

(N.B. Clicking <code>New Item</code> while an existing item is selected can edit the existing entry. Alternatively, select blank line in Keywords frame, below any existing entries, then click again to edit new entry.)
