Geckos are known for their ability to vocalize and to climb walls, more so than other lizards. This collection contains images of 21 North American species, as well as their eyes and the specialized structures on their toes of each species, defining characteristics that can be used to identify species.
Finding Species has worked with scientists to photograph the trees of Ecuador's Yasuni National Park, located in the Western Amazon. These images concentrate on identifiable characteristics of each species, such as the shape of the whole tree, leaf structure, bark, and fruit.
