Erie cop who killed dog Tuesday also involved in 2007 dog shooting

The Erie police officer who shot and killed a dog Tuesday night killed another dog in 2007 after that dog attacked and seriously injured a boy. But Brittany Moore, whose German shepherd was killed this week, said her dog wasn't threatening Officer Jamie Chester.  Full Story
