The year 2011 was a remarkable year for Kenya. As a key development partner, we continued with our support to the government and the people of Kenya. We worked with several stakeholders, both state and non-state, in providing effective support, both technical and financial in the following areas, governance reforms, environmental protection, poverty reduction, peace building and conflict prevention as well as disaster risk reduction.
