    The Enhanced Business Information Center (e-BIC), an initiative of the DSLBD,the DC Public Library, and the SBA, is located in the heart of downtown DC at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library. The e-BIC offers training, counseling, access to computers and business software and office space for business-client meetings.
