Street reconstruction is an annual project based on a survey of street conditions. This year's project will reconstruct 9th Street between Jefferson and Monroe Avenues. The existing asphalt pavement will be replaced with a reinforced concrete pavement that will provide longer life to this high transit corridor. Funding for this project is provided through a surface transportation program grant.
