The new SF424 (R&R) Individual Fellowship Application Guide for use by NIH and AHRQ applicants is posted at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/424/index.htm. The PHS 416-1 should NOT be used for any fellowship application being prepared for submission dates in August, 2009 and beyond. PHS 416-1 IS TO BE USED ONLY FOR A CHANGE OF SPONSORING INSTITUTION APPLICATION. ANY NEW, RENEWAL OR RESUBMISSION APPLICATION SUBMITTED USING THE PHS 416-1 WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.
