U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will participate in a Black History Month forum sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, on Capitol Hill. The topic of the forum is “Investing in Communities of Color.” Secretary Duncan’s panel will address meeting the economic needs of the African American Community.
