We're honored and proud to be recognized by prestigious organizations and important publications for our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion and for fostering an inclusive work environment for all. These recognitions include:

  • Ranked No. 4 in the 2010 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity list. We also garnered other recognitions on the Top 10 Companies specialty lists including No. 1 for Blacks; No. 2 for Supplier Diversity; No. 3 for Recruitment and Retention; and No. 6 for Latinos.
  • Diversity Leader Award in 2010. We were recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal for our commitment to outstanding diversity communication practices throughout the year.
  • Top Companies for Executive Women by NAFE in 2011 and 2010, based on our company's policies and practices encouraging women's advancement.
  • Named in the Top 50 Employers list in Woman Engineer magazine in 2011. Readers of Woman Engineer magazine select the top companies in the country for which they would most prefer to work or believe are progressive in hiring woman engineers.
  • Top 10 in the HACR Corporate Equality Index by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. This recognition is based on the inclusion of the Hispanic community across various areas, including corporate executive leadership, corporate governance, workforce representation, community reciprocity, and supplier outreach and development.
  • Named one of the 40 Best Companies for Diversity by Black Enterprise magazine in 2010, based on responses from a survey administered to 1,000 major corporations and 50 leading global companies with strong U.S. operations. Companies were measured in four key areas: board representation, employee base, senior management and supplier diversity.
  • America's Top 50 Corporations for Multicultural Business Opportunities by DiversityBusiness.com, ranking No. 2 on the Div50 list for outstanding support of women- and minority-owned businesses. We have been included in the overall list for 10 years — every year since the list's inception.
  • America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises by WBENC in 2009 for being a world-class leader in the inclusion of women business enterprises in its supply chain. This is the only national award honoring corporations for world-class programs that create level playing fields for WBEs to compete for corporate contracts. We have earned this recognition for 12 consecutive years since the list's inception.
  • Most Military Friendly Employers by G.I. Jobs Magazine in 2010. We were selected as one of the Top 100 Most Military Friendly Employers based on our dedication to supporting its military veteran workforce and ensuring reservist employees and their families continue to receive compensation when soldiers are called to active duty.
  • Best Places to Work by the Human Rights Campaign. We were named to this list based on our treatment of LGBT employees. Every year since 2004, we have also received a perfect 100 percent score on the HRC's Corporate Equality Index for our fair treatment, including protection against discrimination, parity of health care benefits for domestic partners and other criteria. (Note: The HRC did not publish a Best Places to Work list in 2007.)
  • The 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work, LATINA Style Magazine (1998 – 2010), ranking No. 11 in 2010. In 2008, we were named as Company of the Year by LATINA Style for best meeting the workplace needs deemed most important by LATINA Style's readers. We have ranked among the publication's top 50 companies for 13 consecutive years.
  • Diversity Elite 60 by Hispanic Business Magazine (2005 – 2010), ranking No. 1 on the 2008 list based on our commitment to reaching out to Hispanics in the areas of recruitment, promotion, procurement, philanthropy and marketing. In 2010, we ranked No. 2 on the list.
  • 10 Best Corporations for Veteran-Owned Businesses, Vetrepreneur Magazine (2006, 2007, 2009, 2010). We were named to the list for our unwavering support of veteran-owned businesses. This is one of the top honors in the disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) arena — only nine other companies received this recognition.

Leaders across our company have also been recognized through the years for their contributions to the industry and the communities where we live and work.
