    ORVET Home Loan Program Offers New Lower rates 30-year term fixed home mortgage rate reduced
    The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs (ODVA) has lowered their 30-year term fixed home mortgage rate to 4.125 percent to qualified veteran home buyers.

    The ORVET Home Loan Program offers one of the lowest home loan interest rates available. This rate includes a 1.375 percent loan origination fee with an APR of 4.266 percent.

    The ORVET Home Loan is a lifetime benefit for eligible veterans. Now with expanded veteran eligibility, the ORVET Home Loan Program has eliminated the previous 30-year eligibility restriction.

Oregon Veterans' Home Loans - ORVET
The ODVA's state veterans' home loan (ORVET) is an additional and distinctively separate benefit from the USDVA (Federal VA) Home Loan Guaranty Program. The current maximum loan amount is $417,000 or a veterans' remaining eligibility amount if there has been a previous ODVA loan.
